I am reading through it now and already I have found it a big help! The part about the out of town landlords in particular!!! I queried an apartment in Canary Wharf which seemed a bit too good to be true and the landlord happens to be "out of town" and was asking about money up front!! There was no way I would have paid anything but its handy to know this is a well known scam. So thanks!
